If I could rate this seller with zero stars, I would. When I ordered the coat rack in late September, the expected delivery date was late November to mid-December. When mid-December rolled around and the coat rack hadn't shipped, I reached out the seller to learn that my order would be delayed until "sometime" in January - no specific date provided. I patiently waited until mid-January and reached out the the seller again. She was clearly annoyed and told me my order would ship at the end of the following week, which it didn't. It's really disappointing when an order is placed, payment is taken, and there is absolutely zero communication when the order is not shipped within the expected time frames provided. Skip this seller, it feels like she hopes you'll forget about your order and she can keep your money.
